About the Role

Planning Engineer — Bangkok Cable BCC

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare raw materials to ensure readiness for production.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding raw material preparation and production requirements.
• Control raw material inventory levels to maintain appropriate stock quantities for factory operations.
• Verify the accuracy of raw materials in the warehouse and other storage locations.
• Review production orders and Manufacturing Guidelines (MG) to ensure sufficient main and auxiliary materials for production.
• Create purchase requisitions (PR) for raw material procurement.
• Issue and close production orders for PVC products and trial/sample production runs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a material planning or production planning role within the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
