Department Manager – O2O Operations Transformation (Operations Excellence & Process Improvement) at CP AXTRA | Lotus's. Nawamin Office: Buengkum, Bangkok 10230, Thailand. Work arrangement: onsite. Employment type: full-time.

Responsibilities

• Support O2O operations strategy and translate into actionable execution plans.
• Drive transformation initiatives across process, system, and operations to support business growth.
• Manage project activities from planning to rollout and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Track and monitor KPIs (SLA, productivity, quality) to ensure target delivery and perform performance analysis.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement actions with stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in O2O, retail, e-commerce, or operations, with exposure to transformation, performance management, or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, fulfillment, and O2O processes.
• Experience in KPI tracking, performance monitoring and translating data into actions.
• Experience in process improvement and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong project coordination, presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority; structured thinking and detail-oriented execution.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
