T&T Senior Consultant - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - TH

About the Role

You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development to drive business value. You will assist in determining project and program requirements by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements, exercising strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to deliver cost optimizations and/or reductions.
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and propose ideas to address client issues.
• Conduct relevant research, perform data analysis, and create reports.
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
• Assess and redesign operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations and service delivery.
• Assist in proposal development, as requested.
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline from a well-ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role.
• Experience leading business model design and implementation, including financial modelling, Operational Excellence (Opex), productivity and efficiency programs.
• Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated written communication ability.
• Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for short- and long-term project assignments.
