Service Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Service Sales Engineer to drive sales growth for HVAC service solutions, including Service Agreements, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Upgrades for chiller and non-chiller systems. This role combines technical knowledge with customer relationship management to help customers optimize their HVAC operations and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Service Agreements, preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrade solutions for HVAC systems, including chillers and non-chillers.
• Identify opportunities to expand service business with existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Coordinate with internal service and technical teams to resolve customer issues and support project execution.
• Support business development activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, engineering, industrial equipment, or technical services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license.
