Security Manager

About the role:

• Manage and schedule on-site security staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee access control (biometric/photo ID, activation, suspension, revocation) and mantrap systems.
• Ensure 24/7 CCTV monitoring with 90-day recording; handle alarms and responses.
• Monitor perimeter security systems and control access gates.
• Manage visitor and contractor escorts following site rules.
• Handle security incidents, including response, investigation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with local police and emergency services when needed.
• Work closely with the client’s Security Manager and Head of Security.
• Develop SOPs, emergency plans, and run regular security drills.
• Ensure all security staff are trained, licensed, and compliant with local regulations.
• Track security performance (KPIs/SLAs) and contribute to monthly reports.
• Support audits, including ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.

About You:

• At least 8 years of security management experience, with 3+ years in critical infrastructure (e.g., data centres, finance, government).
• Relevant certification (CPP, PSP, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and perimeter security systems.
• Experience managing licensed security staff in Thailand or Southeast Asia.
