Sortation Operation - Rework/Return, SPX Express (Ayutthaya)

About the Role

Responsible for overseeing Rework and Return sortation operations at SPX Express (Ayutthaya), ensuring operational control, productivity, quality, SLA adherence and manpower optimisation. Onsite role with mostly afternoon/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong operational control and problem-solving for Rework and Return processes.
• Manage workforce, manpower optimization and planning; monitor daily team performance and provide leadership.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Handle operational issues, provide timely resolutions, chase backlog and monitor SLAs.
• Support productivity, quality and process accuracy targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure smooth workflow execution, minimize operational delays and maintain compliance with operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Cross-Border E-commerce operations.
• Experience or strong interest in Express or Warehouse Operations, especially inventory and claim processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fast response and ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication, team coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment; willing to work mostly afternoon/night shifts and extended hours during campaigns.
