What awaits you

• Business Management & Strategy
• Lead and support Academy product sales activities across the APAC region to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Define and implement the regional Academy product strategy in alignment with Business Unit (BU) objectives and guidelines.
• Establish, monitor, and drive achievement of Academy KPIs, financial targets, and operational goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regional developments, providing recommendations to support business growth.
• Training Operations & Service Coordination
• Manage and coordinate service employee training programs to ensure workforce capability and competency development.
• Collaborate closely with Service, New Machine Sales, and Life Cycle Services (LCS) teams to align training offerings with business requirements.
• Ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and delivery of Academy training activities across the region.
• Resource & Process Management
• Optimize trainer and employee capacity utilization to maximize operational efficiency and training effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Academy processes, systems, and service delivery standards.
• Coordinate activities and best-practice sharing across the company network to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and grow Academy business opportunities.
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers regarding Academy programs and services.
• Ensure proactive communication and change management during organizational or personnel changes affecting Academy operations.
• Leadership & Organizational Management
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Academy organization across APAC.
• Foster collaboration across departments and promote a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
• Communicate business updates, performance results, and strategic initiatives effectively to stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in Academy Management, Learning & Development, Technical Training, Service Business, or related functions.
• Regional or multinational experience within APAC is preferred.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience driving revenue growth, training sales, or service business performance.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets, and achieve operational and financial targets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across Service, Sales, and other business functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in process improvement, quality management, compliance, and organizational change initiatives is an advantage.
• Prior experience within Krones or strong knowledge of Krones products, services, and business processes is highly preferred.
