• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, establishing effective structures and role clarity to drive strategic business impact.
• Partner and consult the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, labor inquries and talent strategy.
• Oversee and ensure HR Service excellence and compliance in operations, payroll and employee inquiries.
• Define and execute the HR Strategy aligned with business objectives and the APAC/Global HR Strategy.
• Ensure compliance and proactively mitigate people-related risks in line with Thai labor laws and company governance.
• Oversee the recruiting strategy, execution and employer brand initiatives to ensure attraction of top talent.
• Define and implement learning and development strategies to build leadership capabilities and future skills.
• Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure leadership pipeline and organizational continuity.
• Prepare the short/mid-term strategic and qualitative workforce planning and monitore headcount budgets and personnel expenses on department level.
• Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures and drive performance management processes aligned with business goals.
• Develop and regularly update the local job architecture, career paths and job descriptions.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in full compliance with Thai labor laws and aligned with regional/global governance. Lead and support internal/external audits
• Enhance the end-to-end employee experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention.
• Drive HR’s positioning within the organization, ensuring clear, targeted, and impactful HR communication
• Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights, inform decision-making, and measure HR effectiveness.
