Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

Deeply technical and resilient SRE & Cloud Infrastructure Lead to architect, build, and defend the reliability of our complex Hybrid/Multi-Cloud infrastructure.

• Act as Builder and the Uptime Guardian; your team will own the entire lifecycle of our infrastructure.
• Architect, build, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu).
• Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Manage workloads across on-premise data centers, AWS, GCP, and Digital Ocean, running heavily on Kubernetes.
• Own capacity management, business continuity, disaster recovery (BCDR), and production incident management.
• Play a critical role in the ISO 27001 compliance journey.
• Cultivate a culture where automation replaces toil and production failures drive blameless, continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps, with experience leading and scaling technical teams in a 24/7 production environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, writing modular, scalable, and secure infrastructure using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Expertise building and managing Kubernetes (kubeadm, EKS, GKE, etc.) and strong understanding of service meshes and ingress controllers.
• Extensive experience architecting hybrid/multi-cloud environments: VPCs, IAM roles, databases, and networking across bare-metal/on-premise and major cloud providers.
• Expert knowledge of modern observability tooling for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and programming skills in Go, Python, or Bash; approach operational challenges as software engineering problems.
• Analytical leader with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders when feature velocity must be balanced against system stability.
