Senior Officer, Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead quality-related problem-solving activities using structured methodologies and analytical tools.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to reduce defects, rework, and process variation.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives across the production area.
• Prepare and present improvement project results and recommendations to management.
• Support data-driven decision-making through process analysis and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Production Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
• Fresh graduates with internship or project experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Problem Solving are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies and tools, including PDCA , 5 Why Analysis ,SPC Tool.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Ability to analyze production processes and identify waste reduction opportunities.
• Good human relations, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good skill to Microsoft Office, Advance -Excel, Power Point.
