About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Product Design Engineer (Mechanical) to join our R&D team in Chiang Mai. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys turning ideas into real products and is comfortable working across the entire product development process.

Responsibilities

• Develop product designs, prototypes, and tests throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support manufacturing transfer and provide DFM/DFA guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver products for international markets.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant product development experience.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Experience designing products for manufacturing (DFM/DFA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Thailand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consumer products, wellness products, or related industries.
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical system integration.
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners in Asia.
• Experience taking products from concept through production.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
