About the Company

Lunos is a global Life & Health consulting firm seeking a Director-level Life and Health Actuary to work with clients across Thailand and Asia to support strategic objectives in re/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify and understand needs in risk management, business growth, and balance sheet efficiency.
• Utilize advanced risk analytics techniques to assess and quantify client risk exposures and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Design and enhance insurance products tailored to Life, Accident, and Health markets.
• Develop strategies to improve balance sheet performance and support financial stability through effective reinsurance solutions.
• Structure customized reinsurance arrangements to transfer risk and maximize capital efficiency.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments across Asia, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior actuary with 10+ years of experience in Life, Accident, and Health re/insurance or consulting.
• Proven expertise in risk analytics, pricing/product development, reinsurance structuring, and balance sheet optimization.
• Experience navigating regulatory environments in Asia and ensuring compliance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Thai speaker.
