Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in trainings organized by the company to improve after-sales service ability and service quality
• Provide timely and effective after-sales service support for customers according to company norms and requirements
• Provide online and on-site processing of machine quality problems for the subsidiary market
• Apply and replace equipment maintenance parts covering the subsidiary market
• Install and commission new equipment covering the subsidiary market
• Provide customers with operation, maintenance, and simple problem-handling training
• Strictly follow safety precautions required by the company and customers on site to ensure personal and equipment safety during service
• Cooperate with company service work arrangements and be available to travel to other business regions/countries for after-sales support
• Provide machine quality improvement suggestions during after-sales service processes
• Assist colleagues in on-site inventory of the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse
• Propose spare parts suggestions for the subsidiary spare parts warehouse during after-sales service
• Assist with other service work arranged by the Technical Service Department at headquarters

Qualifications

• College or bachelor degree; 3 years of service/technical support experience in injection molding machine industry or related industry, or over 5 years in injection molding machine design, after-sales service, or maintenance
• Major in mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, automation, plastic materials or related fields; understanding of conventional plastic raw materials
• Proficient in injection molding machine and peripheral equipment electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, mechanical assembly/component diagrams
• Proficient in operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment and able to handle on-site repair and maintenance work
• English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Skilled use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word (MS Office)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to work with customers, employees and suppliers
• Able and willing to travel, including international travel
• Possess a driving license

• Salary Range: 25,000-30,000 THB/month * 14
