About the Company

Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is located at Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Tasith, Pluak Daeng, Rayong, Thailand. This site is Thailand's first smart factory, serving as an integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. The facility focuses on connected manufacturing and produces gasoline injection systems, with a capacity of 1 million fuel injector units annually. The R&D office and laboratory are co-located with production, featuring dedicated automotive-specific equipment including fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Responsibilities

• Product Audit Management and preliminary investigation for Molding and Assembly
• Drive preventive quality management for connector business (14Q, QAM, control plan, FMEA linewalks)
• Participate in Process-FMEA moderation for new product launches and relocation/localization projects
• Enhance quality mindset of MOE1.1, MOE1.2 and PJM1 associates for general and connector specific aspects
• Close collaboration with DBE and Q-functions for Layered Process Confirmation (LPC), 14Q in shopfloor
• Process Audit Coordination
• Support 8D leader and expert tasks for Quality (internal and external)
• Define and coordinate implementation of Safe Launch activities for new SOPs
• Define and coordinate investigations points when QZ failures linked to MOE are detected
• Support document control in MOE1

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 4 years in Quality Management methods in automotive industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management
• Strong problem-solving skills (8D, Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, Ishikawa, 5Why, Is-Is not)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Able to focus on quality targets (CRI, IDC, Safe launch)
• Strong quality method expertise
• Good communication skills in English
