The manufacturing plant produces gasoline injection systems with capacity up to 1 million fuel injector units per year. The R&D office and laboratory are located on the same site to accommodate automotive specific machines and equipment such as fuel testing benches and NVH chambers.

Responsibilities

• Process and product confirmation (4-eyes) for minor and major changes
• Define suspect quantity / period / finding and identify where the problem occurs by specific station, position, type for defects; pre-investigate quality risk
• Perform normal SPC monitoring, track trends and alert team according to Quality List
• Coordinate timely SEM/EDX or FTIR analysis
• Distribute quality alerts / Q-up points and train associates
• Support quality data for team investigations, e.g., measurement data
• Fill in data into IPN file wall
• Ensure 5S and cleanliness standards on the shopfloor

Qualifications

• Higher vocational education in Mechatronics major or related field (new graduates welcome)
• At least 2 years' experience in the automotive industry
• Quality mindset, self-leadership, social competence, systematic thinking and communication skills
