Specialist, Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Imagine being responsible for the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with HRBPs for the world’s largest jewellery brand. What You'll Do

• Do End-to-End recruitment for our technology roles, executing sourcing strategies/ techniques through all media channels to build a qualified and high-quality candidate pipeline of tech talent
• Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process including posting jobs to social media channels, website, job boards etc; scheduling interviews and online assessments, screening candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates for hiring managers and supporting interviewing activities as required.
• Ensure all talent acquisition processes are in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Analyse and present data to evaluate and demonstrate the efficiency of the talent acquisition process to supply the Hiring Manager with suitable high-quality candidates.
• Prepare offer of employment recommendation and obtain approval from authorized signatory.
• Participate in university career fair activities and support our Internship Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + (preferably in Human Resources, IT / Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field).
• 5 years experience recruiting IT positions (preferably both agency & In-house)
• Fluency in Thai and English.
• Digitally savvy and a change agent.
• Emotionally intelligent, Strong influencing and analytical skills
• Must have strong direct recruitment skills, able to conduct Boolean searches and build talent pipelines for specific roles.
• Good understanding of employer branding and the role of TA and social media channels in it.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and SuccessFactors (desirable).
