Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB; approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) support customers in SEA, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to the controlling function, including analysis
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
• Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast and provide clear explanations
• Prepare, present, and explain financial report insights to management
• Lead the annual budgeting process across departments and develop rolling 12-month forecasts
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities
• Monitor actual costs by analyzing variances between actual, standard, and budgeted costs
• Prepare cost center and cost controlling reports to track performance
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and year-end physical inventory processes
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on costing and financial control matters
• Maintain and prepare transfer pricing documentation in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct the internal control process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, or financial analysis
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective English communication and presentation skills (writing and verbal)
• Understand and can communicate in Thai
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
