Behavioral Health Coach (Burmese-Speaker)

Join us as a Behavioral Health Coach on our innovative telehealth platform, Intellect, where you'll empower clients to enhance their mental well-being and achieve personal growth. Using your expertise, you'll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.

This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. While we prefer local candidates, we welcome talented professionals from various locations to apply.

We're building a collaborative community of passionate mental health professionals, including International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and Counsellors, who share a commitment to expanding access to mental health support worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients via 30-minute video sessions
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to continuously enhance the platform and programs

Qualifications

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Fluency in English and the local language (Burmese speaker preferred)
• Preferred: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
