About the Role

Phaya Ratchasri Company Limited — Associate Sales Call Manager. Onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build a new customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients’ financial needs to offer suitable products and services.
• Contact, consult, and close sales professionally through phone calls, online channels, and face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance sales approaches and improve customer experience.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service within financial, banking, loan, insurance, or asset-related businesses.
• Strong understanding of financial products and related services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and perform well under sales target pressure.
• Positive service-minded attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Strong proficiency in English and Fluent in Thai.
