About the Role

• Work with Team lead to formulate the training strategy and implementing plan
• Develop the training structure which support agency development policy according to the company strategic business plan and workstream
• Conduct and supervise all involved staffs to run training program and courses as plan in the region according to the company guideline and strategic target
• Personal and team development
• Manage the budget according to AIA guidelines and policies. Perform other duties as assigned with quality
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
