Our Facilities & Infrastructure maintenance team is part of a facility department supporting Seagate Technology operations. At our Korat campus the largest Seagate manufacturing site globally-we ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all buildings, utilities, and external infrastructure that support more than 10,000 employees. We manage everything from preventive maintenance to major infrastructure improvements across roofs, floors, roads, drainage systems, landscaping, and site civil works. About the role - you will:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, roofs, floors, roads, drainage systems, sounds system furniture and site infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify facility defects and maintenance needs.
• Repair building components and external infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Support civil works, infrastructure improvement projects, and workplace modifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor work quality during maintenance activities.
• Complete maintenance work orders and update records in the CMMS.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures while performing maintenance work
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping and ensuring facility assets remain in good condition.
• Support other facility maintenance activities as assigned.

Your experience includes:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or civil infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience with building repairs, flooring, roofing, drainage, roads, or general facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance work order systems is an advantage.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
