About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Projects Manager to lead capital investment projects across Process, Filling, and Packing operations in our Healthcare and Personal Care manufacturing site. In this role, you will drive project delivery from concept to completion—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and delivering expected business benefits. You will lead a project team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage site capital investment for Process, Filling, and Packing
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting specifications and expected benefits
• Lead project planning, execution, and capital appraisal processes
• Manage and develop the project engineering team (including Control & Instrumentation)
• Drive cross-functional alignment with operations, quality, and commercial teams
• Ensure full value delivery from internal and external resources
• Develop and maintain a rolling capital investment plan
• Identify opportunities to improve factory efficiency through investment
• Manage suppliers, contracts, and equipment performance against KPIs
• Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven track record in managing capital projects in manufacturing
• Experience in process, filling, or packing operations is preferred
• Strong experience in delivering projects from concept to commissioning
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
