National Contract Logistics Business Development Manager

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of Business Growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing or new Contract Logistics business by coordinating all business development actions and triggering opportunities for larger accounts at a country or cluster level
• Develop and manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through the entire Customer Engagement Cycle
• Lead commercial negotiations and create high quality business proposals
• Actively develop and maintain customer contacts and a network of prospects
• Network and collaborate with colleagues (subject matter experts, vertical specialists, account managers) across global, regional and country levels
• Capture and manage business and market intelligence and communicate insights to key stakeholders
• Drive and roll-out yearly business development plans and highlight achievements using dynamic tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in 3PL Business Development or relevent roles
• Proven track record in leading teams and doing sales in relevent industry
• Foundation knowledge in warehouse solution design is preferable
• English communication is essential
• Ability to work across diverse industries and adapt strategies accordingly
