The Amplify Programme is a 12-week immersive internship where you will work on real projects, learn from experienced mentors, and gain first-hand insight into life at Deloitte while building the skills and confidence to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Responsibilities

As an intern within the Audit & Assurance practice you will support assurance engagements across multiple areas, leveraging core skills to contribute to client projects and internal team activities.

• Support Accounting & Reporting assurance: technical accounting and financial reporting advisory, accounting standards implementation, financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting and financial instrument valuation.
• Assist Transactions Accounting Support: capital markets advisory, IFRS conversion, financial reporting and reporting accountant activities.
• Contribute to Controls Assurance: internal controls assessment, automation, reporting and remediation.
• Support Internal Audit engagements: risk identification, assessment, management and monitoring activities.
• Assist IT Audit: IT risk assessment covering network, infrastructure, systems, applications, policies and operations and remediation work.
• Participate in Sustainability Assurance: ESG assessment, reporting, disclosure and independent assurance over sustainability reporting.
• Work with mentors to analyse data, prepare documentation and communicate findings to teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Graduates (Class of 2023–2026) with up to 3 years of full-time work experience, or final-year students graduating in 2026.
• Degree background in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and work with data.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and adaptability, with high attention to detail and a strong interest in assurance, risk and compliance services.
