Junior Finance Manager

About the Role

Phaya Ratchasri Company Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Company’s financial operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, financial reporting standards, and internal policies, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner to senior management by providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance; support strategic planning initiatives including investment analysis, business expansion, and cost optimization; and evaluate financial implications of new projects, contracts, and business opportunities.
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): perform variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning, and establish and track KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Ensure taxation and compliance: timely submission of corporate income tax, withholding tax, payroll tax and employee income tax, supervise Social Security Fund contributions, and ensure full compliance with tax laws and government regulations.
• Manage cash flow planning and liquidity control; develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts; monitor cost control and financial risk management.
• Supervise full-cycle accounting functions (AR, AP, GL) to ensure accuracy and completeness; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; oversee month-end and year-end closing processes; and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting functions.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation regulations.
• Proven experience in financial closing processes and coordination with external auditors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Good command of written and reading English.
