Specialist Operational Efficiency & Training

Responsibilities

• Operational Efficiency & Governance: Analyze global operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; enforce adherence to global processes, standards, and data quality requirements; act as a regional reference for process clarification, compliance, and best practices.
• Training Strategy & Delivery: Design and implement regional training strategies aligned with other OET regional teams and business priorities; deliver internal training programs (virtual and in-person) across APAC; develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content; ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness across countries.
• Training Performance & Effectiveness: Define and monitor training KPIs (participation, effectiveness, adoption, compliance); evaluate training impact using feedback, performance data, and system usage metrics; drive continuous improvement based on insights and analytical findings.
• User Support (First Level): Act as the regional first-level support contact for users of internal applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with other departments and Global Process Owners; support change management initiatives related to systems, processes, and standards.
• Any other assignment by Superior.

Qualifications

• Hold bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
• Experienced delivering internal trainings (virtual and in-person) and developing training materials, SOPs, or e-learning content.
• Strong hands-on experience with TMFF and ABS systems.
• Solid understanding of internal operational processes and global standards.
