Accounting Manager - Residence

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead financial operations. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with deep experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality sectors, capable of managing full-set accounting and ensuring compliance in a complex tax environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting and monthly/year-end closing, including a subsidiary company.
• Oversee GL, cash flow, AR and AP functions.
• Manage VAT, WHT and related tax filing.
• Supervise the accounting team and ensure strong internal controls.
• Coordinate with the external auditor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years at the Manager level.
• Proven experience in a Residential/Hotel/Resort/Real Estate environment with solid skills in full-set closing accounting, understanding SBT tax and cost project.
• Open to relocation or living nearby is a plus.
