Responsibilities

• Ensure product launch readiness and meet the product category’s sales and margin guidelines.
• Drive product-portfolio decisions to define market opportunities and develop product launch and life-cycle strategy.
• Combine strategy, planning, and P&L support with day-to-day execution.
• Conduct market, competitive and industry analysis.
• Analyze data to guide business planning and promotional strategy.
• Run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to forecast program costs.
• Drive commercial discussions, ensure channel readiness, and manage product sell-in, sell-out and sell-through execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar positions preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate, teamwork-oriented and results-driven.
• Good at data analysis.
• Can use Mandarin as the working language.
