About the Role

You will be Sociable, you know how to build relationships with our customers and establish trust. Helpful and a good listener, thanks to you our customers will have nothing but solutions. Multilingual, you are fluent in at least two languages and at ease with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and inform customers, personalizing customer relations
• Ensure baggage handling for arriving and departing customers
• Promote accessibility to the arrival/departure area
• Carry out certain reception tasks requiring travel
• Assist the Reception and/or Meetings & Events team in setting up meeting rooms
• Assist the Lodging team with certain tasks
• Contribute to access control and security of goods and people
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property
• Know and apply health and safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly
• Respect Club Med's attitudes, behavior, presentation, work environment and internal procedures
