Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the store's appearance and attract customers.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales/service in fashion, lifestyle หรือ Streetfighter.
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are a plus.
• Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work at assigned store.
• Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
