Responsibilities

• Building Community — Advise colleagues and clients on SAP-enabled enterprise transformation strategy; contribute to SAP thought leadership across SEA MOM practices; build and leverage a regional SAP advisory network; support business development including proposal shaping and commercial discussions.
• Developing & Designing — Lead ERP/SAP current-state assessments and maturity diagnostics; define SAP-enabled target operating models; develop transformation roadmaps and phased implementation strategies; conduct TCO analysis and business case development; advise on SAP S/4HANA and the SAP ecosystem, integration landscape and enterprise data models; analyse complex IT application landscapes and identify key architecture decisions; provide strategic guidance across the end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle; review vendor proposals and recommend solution approaches.
• Controlling & Managing — Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance across large SAP transformation programs; manage workstreams in complex enterprise environments; lead small-to-medium project teams and ensure delivery excellence; support commercial structuring and pricing discussions for ERP programs.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience in SAP/ERP advisory and transformation.
• Background in technology consulting (Big 4 technology advisory divisions preferred) or equivalent strategy-led SAP advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP assessments and diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP transformation strategy and roadmap development, and target operating model design.
• Experience in TCO and business case evaluation, vendor assessment and commercial structuring.
• We are not seeking deep technical configuration specialists (e.g., Basis, Security, ABAP, BTP, or pure ERP build delivery profiles); strategic and functional SAP expertise required rather than hands-on system configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree required (IT, Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred).
• Flexibility to travel across Southeast Asia as required.

Skills

• Strong strategic and functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP integration landscape and ecosystem, enterprise data models, end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle, and enterprise architecture decision frameworks.
• Primary focus: Finance domain (Core Finance, Treasury, Planning & Consolidation); secondary/preferred: Supply Chain domain (Sales & Distribution, Logistics).
• Industry exposure preferred (Oil & Gas, Retail, Industrial Goods, Mining).
