About the Role

Line maintenance supervisor responsible for overseeing Die Attach line maintenance to ensure stable and efficient production support and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Die Attach line maintenance operations to ensure stable and efficient production support.
• Manage and supervise a team of 39 technicians, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and skill development.
• Ensure quick response and effective resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Monitor and drive production performance to meet output commitments and operational targets.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures and maintain discipline among technicians.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or equipment engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Die Attach or semiconductor assembly processes is preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a team of technicians.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Strong discipline mindset with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.
