About the Role

As the Client Advisor, you are the Gucci brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by deepening customer connections to Gucci through providing every customer with best-in-class service, elevated and unique experience, and strong client relationship. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor provides customers with top quality service and increases brand loyalty by communicating the philosophy and culture of the Brand.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the clientele base by active engagement and regular communication; proactively achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional service, anticipate customer needs, follow up on enquiries and after-sales services independently.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to instill consumer brand loyalty and take a proactive learning approach to product knowledge, best sellers and new arrivals.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain displays aligned with worldwide visual guidelines.
• Adhere to all in-store SOPs; assist with cashiering, daily closing settlement, stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
• Conduct category scans for inventory purposes; assist with stock maintenance, cycle counts and replenishment of display merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and exercise teamwork and collaboration to prioritise client needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is a MUST; knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin or Arabic is a plus.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition and customer service oriented with a sales drive.
• Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage; independent with strong decision making skills.
• Passionate about growing a career within the luxury fashion industry.
