Fashion Buyer (New Grad are Welcome)

Responsibilities

• Plan sales targets and purchase budgets for each brand in line with approved business objectives.
• Execute purchase orders within approved budgets and control inventory levels according to set guidelines.
• Select and evaluate products to meet market demand, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with agreed requirements and supplier commitments.
• Negotiate pricing, costs, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable conditions aligned with company policies.
• Collaborate with suppliers on promotional activities such as GWP, HPP, incentives, sales training, product knowledge workshops, and conduct market surveys on pricing and promotions.
• Manage and follow up on retail space projects including shop renovations, furniture, zoning, and planogram adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or fashion retail.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of fashion trends, customer behavior, and retail industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with merchandising systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
