Director Business Strategy

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives
• Evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships to support the company's expansion
• Tracking and analysing key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making
• Providing strategic support and guidance to various business units within the organisation

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Familiarity with the agribusiness industry or a willingness to learn
• Fluency in both Thai and English
