About the Role

• Coordinate and manage demand meetings and actively participate in the local planning process and S&OP.
• Prepare background data to support unconstrained demand forecasting and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Optimize inventory and supply in accordance with business strategy, ensuring appropriate supply and inventory levels to meet customer service targets within cost constraints and supplier lead times.
• Analyze and identify potential supply and inventory issues, report findings and respond appropriately.
• Conduct review meetings with business units on stock availability and SLOB management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Sales Support and Suppliers to ensure product availability for customer distribution.
• Ensure purchase order creation, tracking and shipment follow-up.
• Support organizational development initiatives, act as a role model and share knowledge with team members.
• Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and perform well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain demand planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to work with additional software, including SAP ERP, Power BI, and planning tools.
• High level of computer literacy; database experience is desirable.
• Good understanding of the financial impact of forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
