Assess and approve major and accident & health claims for various insurance products, ensuring compliance with guidelines and making critical decisions. This role involves monitoring, auditing, and supervising junior assessors within Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance.

Job Description:
Major Claims Production
- Assess and approve contestable cases under authority correctly
- Handle cases with more high SA and complicated
- Assess and approve all major claims of all insurance products include special request regarding the given authority
- Responsible to make decision for refer and consult case from junior assessors, Accident & Health claim assessor (outsource) in point of major claim perspective
- Monitor & audit to ensure all deliverables with accuracy and appropriate Claims decision
Accident & Health Claims Production
- Assess and approve with respect to both new and referred health & accident claim cases include special request regarding the given authority
- Supervise and motivate technical assessors (supervisor level) to complete claim process within service level agreement and less MEMO pipeline with the good sense of risk assessment
- Monitor & audit to ensure all deliverables with accuracy and appropriate Claims decision
Compliance & Process management
- Monitor the compliance of claim assessment guideline
- Monitor and take action on pending of claims within 90 days
- Contribute to system improvement project and other assignments from managers to deliver results as expected within the timeline
- Maintain the procedure and process to be aligning with contract provision and comply with company and regulator’s rules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least 5 years of working experience in Life Insurance and Claims
- Capable to communicate in both writing and speaking Thai and English
- Negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
- Problem solving & Decision Making
- Motivate people to work under limitation and pressure
- Organize and balance workload
