Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services and guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures and protecting company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Be on feet and moving (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and perform hands-on tasks: move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
