Responsibilities

• Control systems and equipment installed in the building.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete checklists as assigned by the Engineer and Senior Technician.
• Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants.
• Fully inspect all electrical, pneumatic, climate controls and valves.
• Keep detailed records of chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
• Provide electrical and telephone systems for exhibitions.
• Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
• New graduates are welcome; experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in PM and building systems in high-rise buildings.
• Having an electrical license will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Available to work in shifts.
