Responsibilities

• Support the Manager of F&B in directing daily operations across restaurants, bars and banquets.
• Drive revenue and ensure brand and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) service standards are met.
• Manage, train and motivate F&B staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety and HACCP standards across all outlets.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, banquet and room service operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel environment.
• Previous experience in an international hotel chain preferred; experience with Accor brands is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet and room service operations and strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
