Logistics Analyst

About the Role

Thairath Group is searching for a talented Logistics Solution Executive to shape our service structures and operational strategies in line with financial efficiency and customer needs. Responsibilities

• Developed and presented tailored cost models based on client requirements to empower the sales team.
• Partner with the sales team to manage project pipelines, ensuring prioritization and timeline alignment.
• Design and implement cost structures to maximize Gross Profit (GP) margin.
• Analyze actual vs. forecasted revenue across projects and deliver strategic solutions for profit maximization.
• Gather and synthesize cross-functional data to design service models and operational strategies.
• Provide operational guidelines balancing client satisfaction with corporate cost optimization.
• Recommend and execute service model enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
• Identify and drive cost-reduction initiatives by re-engineering internal processes.
• Lead the service design process, balancing organizational constraints to drive business forward.
• Manage strategic internal projects to support organizational transformation and executive management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience in related roles such as Solution Logistics Analyst or Business Development.
• Experience in solution design, costing, pricing, and implementation in a logistics provider company is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
