About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bangkok for a Dynamics 365 Sales / Power Platform Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform solutions, supporting custom web development within the CRM ecosystem, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Work arrangement: hybrid. Employment type: full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform solutions.
• Customize and optimize features within Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
• Ensure seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide ongoing technical support.
• Support custom web development to complement Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic CRM initiatives.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform technologies, including customization and integration best practices.
• Ability to support custom web development as part of CRM solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills; able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to design CRM solutions tailored to business growth and operational efficiency.
• Skilled in training and knowledge transfer.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in CRM development, consulting, or implementation is a plus.
