About the Company

JENOSIZE Consulting, a management consulting division of Jenosize Digital Group, is a boutique Management Consulting firm and part of Jenosize, a marketing & technology company in Thailand. We focus on strategy development for a range of clients, especially government and public organizations.

• Scope of services includes Long-term Strategic Planning, Action-plan Development, Business & Operating Model Design and Market Research.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the full project life-cycle from pre-proposal to execution, with exposure and ownership of projects.
• Understand client business goals and solve challenges with a logical, analytics-driven approach.
• Craft presentation decks and reports, then present to clients for approval.
• Conduct end-to-end research from data collection and analysis to visualization using desk research, surveys, and interviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field with background knowledge in Business.
• Experience in Management Consulting is highly preferred for positions above entry level.
• Excellent research and exceptional analytical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on teamwork and communication.
• Self-direction and ability to work with ambiguity and learn quickly.
• Creative, resourceful thinker and self-initiative problem solver (preferred).
• Native-level Thai speaking and writing skills.
