Creator/Content Operations Project Intern (Lemon8) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operation of campaign management and content management; develop strategies to improve submission rates and user satisfaction.
• Assist in campaign designing for vertical content categories and work with cross functions to push forward for execution.
• Assist in creators acquisition, creators grooming and creator communications for Mixed Category and Young Target Audience projects.
• Utilize in-app resources such as H5, Newsletter, and in-app messages to communicate with target users.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Able to commit to at least 4-5 days per week, with an internship duration of at least 3-6 months.
• Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English (both spoken & written).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in the social media industry and familiarity with current trends/social media listening.
• Fast learner, open-minded with a can-do attitude.
