About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to drive end-to-end understanding of funds flow, strengthen reconciliation and control frameworks, and support business scalability across entities and markets. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial processes remain scalable, compliant, and operationally effective as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an end-to-end understanding of funds flow across products, partners, and entities, ensuring proper reconciliation and visibility
• Develop and maintain holistic reconciliation reporting and ensure accuracy across different entities and operational flows
• Strengthen accounting controls and governance frameworks, especially when introducing new products, processes, or operational changes
• Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, Banking Partners and Finance teams to drive alignment and smooth implementation of financial processes
• Support restructuring and implementation of operational and funds flow setups required for licensing initiatives, particularly in Thailand and future markets
• Support cash flow management, intercompany transactions, settlements, and financial reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects to enhance reporting quality and reduce operational risks
• Support audits, compliance reporting, regulatory requirements, and ad hoc finance initiatives as required

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, Treasury, Payments, or related functions
• Degree in Accountancy preferred
• Strong Excel and data reporting capabilities
• Deep understanding of end-to-end funds flow and reconciliation concepts across systems and entities
• Strong accounting and control mindset with the ability to identify gaps and strengthen operational controls
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple functions and levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex situations
• Experience supporting licensing setup, financial structure changes, or large-scale operational transformations is strongly preferred
• Exposure to payment industry operations, banking partnerships, or regulated financial businesses is appreciated
• Beneficial: tax knowledge including VAT considerations and understanding of tax implications for regulated financial businesses; understanding of company structure design and tax optimization concepts
