Responsibilities

• Work with BCG clients to develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Ensure professional and personal development of your team and contribute to Inverto management and growth strategies.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for clients and lead project delivery.
• Support company-wide knowledge development and own a specific subject area for knowledge sharing.
• Deliver projects domestically and internationally across industries including start-ups, trade and consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical and healthcare.
• Develop and implement tailor-made procurement and supply chain strategies and drive new client acquisition.

Qualifications

• University degree with above-average grades and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in consulting, ideally in procurement and supply chain management, with proven success in business optimization.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills at management level in demanding projects.
• Customer-oriented, cooperative and entrepreneurial, with leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; business fluent in English; flexible with professional mobility.
