Specialist - Portfolio Data Management (T00025518)

Responsibilities

• Generate meaningful reports, charts, dashboards, measurement and performance of debt collections for secured and unsecured loan products (housing, credit card, personal loans).
• Formulate strategies and analyze data to improve collections strategy and develop measurement results in line with the goals of the department.
• Assist in data preparation using programs like SAS, SQL and Power BI and utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
• Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, and keep records of data transformations, cleaning, and analysis procedures.
• Knowledge of debt classification and ECL, understanding debt collection behavior and end-to-end process.
• Know the standard of collections reports such as net flow rate, was is report and phone collector or outsource performance report.
• Prepare presentations to present to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or another related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in querying data, preparing data to support MIS reports & dashboards.
• Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to design and develop databases using SAS, SQL, Python, Microsoft Access.
