Specialist - Portfolio Data Management

Responsibilities

• Generate meaningful reports, charts, dashboards, measurement and performance of debt collections for secured and unsecured loan products (housing, credit card, personal loans).
• Formulate strategies and analyze data to improve collections strategy and develop measurement results in line with the goals of the department.
• Assist in data preparation using programs like SAS and SQL and Power BI and utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
• Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, and keep records of data transformations, cleaning, and analysis procedures.
• Apply knowledge of debt classification and ECL, understanding debt collection behavior and end-to-end process.
• Follow standards of collections reports such as net flow rate, was is report and phone collector or outsource performance report.
• Prepare presentations to present findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in querying data and preparing data to support the use of MIS reports & dashboards.
• Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to design and develop databases using SAS, SQL, Phython, Microsoft Access programs.

Skills

• Experience with SAS, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data preparation and reporting.
• Knowledge of debt collection metrics and ECL methodology.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
