Manager, HR & Organizational Development

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Manager to lead HR strategy, organizational development (OD), and AI-driven HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with the HR Director to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen people capabilities, and drive digital HR transformation.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Business Partnership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives; act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design; drive performance management and talent development frameworks; use HR analytics and data insights to support business decisions.
• Organizational Development (OD): Lead organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives; drive leadership development and succession planning programs; strengthen company culture aligned with innovation and high performance; implement competency frameworks and career development pathways.
• HR System Initiatives: Identify and implement AI-powered HR solutions (e.g., automation, people analytics, predictive workforce insights); champion digital transformation within HR processes and employee experience; collaborate with tech teams to evaluate and integrate HR tech tools; promote data-driven decision-making across the HR function.
• Employee Experience: Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies; ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent experience with HR COE functions (e.g., org design, performance management); consulting background is a plus.
• Strong project management background with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Thai proficiency is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
