Product Designer

About the Company

Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a passionate and creative Digital Product Designer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our cutting-edge marketing technology solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork).

Responsibilities

• User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research (surveys, user interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors; develop user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps; design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing; prototype and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and testing; ensure designs align with Jenosize's brand guidelines and overall product vision.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions; effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through presentations, mockups, and prototypes; actively solicit and incorporate feedback from colleagues throughout the design process.
• UI Design & Visual Communication: Apply strong design principles (typography, color theory, layout) and UI best practices; create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD); maintain design consistency across all Jenosize digital products.
• Design Thinking & Innovation: Approach design challenges with a creative and problem-solving mindset; stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and UX best practices; continuously explore new design solutions to enhance user experience and product usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Designer or a related role with a proven track record of designing and implementing user-centered design solutions for digital products.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; passion for design, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
